My first impressions of Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club are: it's cool! The game is an adventure game with a fixed camera where you explore the world and solve various cases! This often involves tracking footprints or looking for clues in an area, it's pretty relaxing! I'm enjoying it so far!

Vampire Tactics will be revealed in a couple of days. We got the steampage ready, the reveal trailer done and I am really excited to show you what @kosowski.bsky.social & started to create in the last ~2 years of spare time. Certainly there is some of my best art in this game & lots of care.

what exactly DOES happen to materials from a major studio that’s closed? where do physical hard drives, documents, etc go? who maintains all this pointless secrecy? if you know or have stories, get in touch: nathan@aftermath.site, nathangrayson.666 (signal), aftermathdotsite@proton.me (proton mail)

The controls are actually the most unique part of the game (although I guess the setting is pretty unique too?)

Working on something for #fallingblockjam in Usagi Engine. I've had this idea for a while, so nice to see it coming together even though I'm terrible at it.

YESSSS!! Took a couple days, but I now have one motor function that can lets penguins hit any point on anything with any point on any other thing. Probably one of the most versatile motor tasks I've made. SO happy with this! 🐧🐟🔨🙏🧊🚿🪵 #GodotEngine #gamedev #indiedev

Decided to try a little something weird with the camera, what do you think? It forces itself forward following a node rather than following the player directly, that way, the player can always see ahead of themselves! #gamedev #indiedev #solodev #godotengine #cubiixproject

i've always made my games in english and french and purposefully made both versions slightly different in writing, sometimes making up words or unusual sentences. It's fun. Just had the horrible realization that next time i do it, people will label it as an ai fuckup instead of purposeful

There is an odd niche genre of indie games made by weird perverts and for some reason every one of these games are a complete masterpiece

We want movement and combat to flow: dashing into attacks, bouncing off enemies, and using jumps to reposition. It's taking a lot of iteration to get right. #gamedev #indiegame
