The past 6 months have been some of the toughest of my life. My wife left a job she loved at a nonprofit due to harassment & a toxic work environment. 2 days later, our son was in a near-fatal car accident. Throughout it all, I continued running a business, somehow keeping it all together, barely.

I’ve been consulting with a nonprofit that works with homeless youth 18-25 and here are some of the things I’ve learned. I’ve witnessed parents drop off their young adult children because they can’t handle them, they don’t get along with their boyfriend, they use drugs, etc.
