These Kea's say ACAB. Also, they're our bird of the week. I'll resist saying ACAB to the children. But it will be in my heart. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBdv...

Not gonna say anything about this guy, for obvious reasons. Just gonna say you should read the numerous allegations against him in his Wikipedia article and draw your own conclusions.

I don’t know if I would ever admit this publicly and present it as a positive thing. I feel for the daughter too, to hear that one of your parents used AI to figure out what makes you special, got such a mediocre response, and were satisfied with it, is just sort of sad all around.

This is ragebait so not directly quoting it, but the question misses the point: studying those topics trains you to THINK, which ia something EVERYONE needs to know regardless if you use those specific skills.
I'm going to talk about the middle ground fallacy today with the informal fallacy class kids - and I'm going to share this example, and I'm also going to brace myself for the inevitability of one or two of the whippersnappers mentioning that orange and red bananas DO exist.
The truth isn't always found halfway between two opinions. Sometimes it's firmly on one side. Learn more about Middle Ground Fallacy here. 👉 scienceupfirst.com/misinformati... #ScienceUpFirst

I feel like if people are talking about AI as a "productivity hack," it should be used to replace boring shit that sucks, so you can have more time to do the things that make your heart joyful? Like, music and art, and get better at your craft, but instead like... what the fuck is this shit?
