Important: the USPS rule that SCOTUS blocked tonight was Trump’s big plan to control and restrict mail voting. But a separate policy remains in place: USPS is no longer postmarking mail as soon it gets it, which is hugely important for deadlines. So people must mail back with plenty of time.

After losing in the district & appellate courts, the Trump Admin has lost at the Supreme Court. Today’s decision is a victory for our democracy and a powerful affirmation of the rule of law. We’ll remain vigilant in safeguarding our elections, & urge every eligible voter to make their voice heard.
