Wellness exam. ✅ Lost 75lbs, cholesterol numbers all green (or trending green), and blood pressure dropped from stage 1 hypertension (138/82) to normal (116/68). Over the past year I've been doing CICO (6 week diet + 3 week maintenance cycles), 3/week strength training, and walking (7k steps). 💪

War ravaged Portland

Just got back from vacation in Portland. It was pretty fucking scary walking over 30 miles all over SW, SE, and NE and still having the strength for Bonta Gelato on 10th. Tho to be fair, WAR almost broke out when I realized Little Big Burger shut down half their shops.

Awesome to see @reyjrar.bsky.social IRL this morning. Feels like we only ever get to meet up for Monitorama events, so it's a special treat to meet up with him (and grab coffee) close to home.
