happy sunday! fonts.nuxt.com v1 is out 🎉 if you haven't tried it, here's how: 1️⃣ use `font-family` in css or tailwind ✅ ... and you're done! nuxt will detect the font, self-host it, and generate preloads + font metrics to cut layout shift + load time no configuration required ✨
maybe time to update this, @github.com ? You should recommend viteplus.dev!

the strongest proof of this is that the AI companies go HARD on human-made video. OpenAI has in-house video crew + dedicated sets and put a lot of funding and effort behind the grandmas and kids campaigns. Google AI is pushing a very practical whack-a-mole campaign your company should do this, too
when everyone can generate anything with a prompt, how do you stand out? most app promo videos I see are indistinguishable from each other (because they were likely made w/the same basic prompt) the only way to stand out is to care and to put actual effort into what you make. been true. still true

Another week, another package: show-keystrokes.netlify.app The native app I typically use to display keystrokes on the screen is disallowed by a corp policy. So I wrote a component to fill that gap. Embed it on your site and you’re good to go.

AI makes design systems cheaper than ever. Yet, for speed, design system discipline is often lost. But it’s non-negotiable now! We’ve made a framework with 8 changes to how we make design systems, and use them to build products. evilmartians.com/chronicles/a...
