Four years. Every day since #Dobbs has only reminded us of the urgency and the stakes of our fight. Today, we honor those harmed and even lost because politicians stood between them and their health care. And we vow to keep fighting for a more just tomorrow. Reproductive Freedom Now.

Access to safe & legal abortion care is a healthcare necessity—nobody should fear being criminalized or losing their life for seeking the care they need. Today and every day, I stand united with @reprocaucus.bsky.social to uphold and advance these fundamental freedoms.

The Hyde Amendment has denied abortion coverage to millions of low-income people for 50 years. It’s not just outdated—it’s unjust. The #EACHAct will put an end to this systemic barrier to care. Abortion is health care. Full stop.

Reproductive Freedom Caucus@reprocaucus.bsky.social

50 years ago today, the Hyde Amendment was included in our federal spending bill for the first time. Every day since, for half a century, abortion care has been baselessly set apart from all other health care. #EndHydeNOW Read our full statement from RFC Co-Chairs 👇.

Health care decisions should be made between patients and providers, NOT judges and politicians. #Mifepristone has been FDA-approved for 26 years. RFC will keep fighting for access to this safe, effective health care.

Birth control is essential healthcare. It’s medicine, it’s public health, it’s economic freedom. On #WorldContraceptionDay and every day, RFC and our Members will always fight to make sure every patient can access it.

When you defund and dismantle Title X, public health pays the price. Recent policy attacks & funding freezes aren’t just political theater—they translate directly to fewer people accessing vital contraception & critical STI testing. Healthcare is a human right. Stop playing politics with our bodies.

I was honored to receive the Lifetime Reproductive Freedom Champion Award from @reproductivefreedomforall.org. Anti-choice extremists would love it if we stopped fighting—if we just let them ban abortion and strip away health care from millions. But we will never give them that satisfaction.

EPA: Hey, polluter besties! Open season on our air and water! Also EPA: OMG guys do you think there's abortion in the water?? We must cleanse it! Let's cut the BS. This is just another blatant attempt to excuse chipping away at abortion access until it is banned entirely.

Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto@cortezmasto.senate.gov

It sounds ridiculous, but it’s true. Trump’s EPA is embracing an absurd anti-choice conspiracy theory about mifepristone in the water supply, all while the administration rolls back actual guardrails for clean air and water.

Planned Parenthood provides essential care to our communities, from cancer screenings and STI testing to birth control and abortion care. We will not back down in the fight against the Trump Administration’s efforts to eliminate access to critical reproductive health care.

Abortion care is health care, and there is a clear explanation for the doubling of ectopic pregnancy deaths in our country. Abortion bans are not just a partisan policy dispute: they are a death sentence. Read our full statement from RFC Co-Chairs @degette.house.gov and @pressley.house.gov👇.

NEW: Our analysis found that from 2020 to 2025, the rate of deaths involving ectopic pregnancies nearly doubled compared with the previous six-year period. The uptick was steeper in states with abortion bans.

Ectopic pregnancies are life threatening and the standard of care is abortion care. This rise in ectopic pregnancy related deaths is devastating. As Co-Chair of @reprocaucus.bsky.social, I'll keep fighting for your health and dignity. No one should be denied the essential medical care they need.

I toured the Atlanta Birth Center, fighting maternal & infant mortality in the #FightingFifth. Their mama- and baby-centered care is vital. As they pause services in October to find a more affordable location, we must invest in operations like this and protect vital community resources.

Fertility care is healthcare. Period. No one should be shamed for talking about it or denied the chance to build a family because they can’t afford the care they need. Breaking the stigma matters. RFC Members are fighting for access for everyone.

Congresswoman Sara Jacobs@sarajacobs.house.gov

I publicly shared my egg freezing journey when I was 32 and again at 36 so I’m so proud of my friend Rep. AOC for sharing hers too. Let’s end the stigma and work to ensure EVERYONE has access to the full range of reproductive and fertility care. 🩵

Massachusetts is showing what it looks like to trust patients and doctors—not politicians. Abortion care should be guided by patients and their medical providers. Proud to see Gov. Healey stand up for reproductive freedom.

Governor Maura Healey@massgovernor.bsky.social

As long as I’m Governor, abortion will remain safe, legal and accessible in Massachusetts. You have my word.

Thank you @massgovernor.bsky.social for protecting and expanding abortion care in the Commonwealth. And thank you to our patients, advocates, & storytellers who made this bill possible. Everyone should be able to get the care they need right here at home.

Today marks 4 years since the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. Abortion bans enacted across the country since then are anti-freedom and anti-family. They’re barbaric. I’ll keep fighting until medical decisions are made by you and your doctor, not lawmakers or judges.
