I had NO IDEA the US system was so dumb as to have literal REgressive tax! In the UK we make a sport of tax evasion and employ some very creative accounts - which at least creates jobs - we don't see wealth as some kind of virtue! That's often cos only the Lords & gits among us have extreme wealth.
