I'm making a new CAD software. Because apparently you can now make your own software and AutoCAD costs a million dollars.

would anyone want to collab on building and maintaining a site for people to submit tech stories? i have a domain and some early concepts, but tbh, the prospect of moderating submissions while i’m still dealing with my own burnout feels daunting

Some trendy architect in a lavender shirt wanted to gut our office and equip it with sofas because the youngs liked to hang out and work on their tablets. I assured him that the people who design tablets, don't do it on tablets.

There's a market for apps with a less pretty, less whitespace-filled UI, so that I can have them on screen at the same time as a video call. Good grief, why does a note taking app need whitespace and toolbars, get serious, go away already Also WINAMP WAS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR A MUSIC PLAYER

If you have or feel like you have some *attention condition*, what software (web app, iphone app, specific GUI pattern) you feel helps you significanlty organize and visualize information?
