JD Vance takes a question from a man whose wife was an American who died in an Iranian air strike in March. He says "there's a failure in the leadership" and asks Vance "how is this administration gonna start holding those leaders accountable for the deaths of the soldiers that we honor and love?"

This is the proof! He portrays Russia as wanting peace while they kill Ukrainians daily! Every patriot, every veteran should be screaming! Trump is working for Putin, not for us! Wake up, America!

Nicholas Grossman@nicholasgrossman.bsky.social

If Trump were working directly for Putin this whole time, people ask, taking orders to destroy US democracy and the Western alliance, would anything look different? Yes. Trump would be more subtle about it.

The "Party of Reagan" has the United States siding with Russian aggression against NATO allies and a brutal war on a European democratic US partner. Yes, the whole party. If they didn't, they would impeach and remove the president who is blatantly breaking US law to help fund Russia's war effort.

We’re already helping to fund the Russian war effort and we’ve basically ended all other aid to Ukraine. Why the fuck should the Ukrainians care about our threats anymore.

US warned the Ukrainians that Washington might cut off intelligence sharing with Kyiv if it will continue strikes on Russian refineries. The Americans also informed their Ukrainian counterparts that the US was set to lift sanctions on Russian diesel and that Moscow intended to lift its export ban.

Trump is ignoring bipartisan legislation—legislation he signed into law!—to cut health care and education funding while spending billions on vanity projects and war. What is the Republican Congress doing to stop him? NOTHING.

This is kleptocracy. Russian oil assets nationalized, under sanctions, then handed at super low price to Trump donors and family? Trump/Witkoff investment co, Arab investors, Kushner/Ivanka's real estate partner. This one deal beats all previous administrations' corruption combined. Vote them out.

We are now, without a doubt, the greatest kleptocracy the world has ever known. By virtue of Donald Trump and the Republican Party promising to hate and abuse those people a nation of angry rubes wants to hate and abuse, they have lifted the national wallet and handed it back to the rubes, empty.
