I love developing my game backwards, spending days polishing tiny details before the core gameplay is ready. Here's a rework of the wind gusts and its particles, a bit more subtle, but it now feels more natural and soothing. #indiedev #indiegame #pixelart #gamedev

that’s what i love about art: the opportunity to experience my own experience and wrestle with my own uncontested thoughts and ideas.

the funniest part is he asked for n64 bomberman, we booted up 64, and then he was like "oh not that one the one with the good song" so he was 100% thinking about redial (but bought 64 and 2nd attack alongside hero anyway)

Making things smooother. Glyphs now fade instead of popping in/out with camera movements, and character's walk is not so jittery too. All that flickering was really annoying while playing. #indiedev #indiegame #pixelart #gamedev

What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, in form and moving, how express and admirable in action, how like an angel in apprehension, how like a god!

according to aonuma, the Zelda remake’s goal was to be part realistic and part nostalgia for the original game, so I would make the argument they aren’t based on puppets, but instead the reason they have high angled eyes and strong pointed features is because they’re based on the in-game N64 models

I did this. On purpose. Ok so I’ve never worked with stained glass before and had to watch a ton of tutorials on how to solder, but I think it’s pretty good for a first try, and I may suddenly have a new crafting obsession. Plus it matches my tattoo 😂

Accessibility features! We lack experience in this field, but it was surprisingly breezy to implement this high contrast mode using a couple of shaders and background fx. Any other settings we should consider adding before launch? 🤔 #indiedev #gamedev #madewithunity

A world where a twist ending is repurposed as a video title. where a thing's climax has been removed, leaving an advertisment for the gap where it used to be. such things are commonplace in. the twilight zone
