I wondered who, in 2023, would invite Nathan Fielder to film them in their home, and the movie at least solved that mystery for me. The answer: a medium smart guy who thinks he can outsmart one of the most brilliant minds of our time.

you don’t hold "AI" accountable; you hold AI developers, vendors, and corporations that profit off it accountable holding "AI accountable" is like holding a toaster accountable. it's an inanimate object. it doesn't have wishes, feelings, or desires

Hasan Piker is simply not famous enough to normies to warrant this level of attention! He does not demand these endless statements! Nick Fuentes dined with the president and Republicans just played the “I don’t know her” game. No reason to play into this bad-faith shit.

The fundraising texts you delete are working on someone. It’s infuriating and heartbreaking. An 85yo in Ohio gave more than double the value of his home. A 91yo in an Indianapolis senior facility gave 25K times. The DCCC/DSCC don’t just tolerate the spammers who exploit seniors. They take part.

data4democracy.substack.comHook and SqueezeHow Democratic consultants, committees, and party leaders built a fundraising spam pipeline that funnels money from a captive pool of elderly donors into their own operations.

This birthright ruling is why I just refuse to tolerate all the Democrat garment rending over NY voters choosing progressive candidates. They are incapable of governing in this moment. The politics of appeasement and centrism gets us to a 5-4 decision on the constitutional question.

With this ruling, the birthright issue is not going away. The right hasn't really begun *organizing* around getting rid of the citizenship clause. Like Roe, this will be their fight for a generation. And if the Democrats just say "we won" and ignore it, like Roe, the Republicans will eventually win.

There's a huge lane for Dems to run on anticorruption in 2028, but I also think they would do well to take a look at what Zohran's doing with efficiency in NYC as a counter to this. Most people don't think that the federal government is doing fraud, they think it's wasteful.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

JD Vance: "You gotta be willing to look at all fraud, or you're never gonna be able to look at the high level guys. Very often what happens is you've got 10 people who are skimming $1m off the top, then they kick back a few hundred thousand to somebody above them."

Today is a reminder that except for a brief period running roughly from Brown v. Board to Roe v. Wade, throughout its history the Supreme Court has been a reactionary force protecting the wealth of the wealthy and the power of the powerful, almost always hostile to equality and justice.

This is fucking wild...

I'd like to say to these people, and this comes from a genuine place of a lesson I myself had to learn: It is all right to have these sorts of thoughts. But they're inside thoughts.

So Philip Glass just joined TikTok. He only has like 4 posts and they’re simply him in what I assume is his living room playing the piano. First comment on one I saw was “your piano is too close to the fireplace, you’ll dry it out” and if that’s not the internet in a nutshell I don’t know what is.
