Today we’re calling Sulu what it is: the open source DXP. 🚀 Not because we built something new overnight. Real projects pushed Sulu beyond traditional CMS boundaries. Still MIT. Still Symfony. Still open source. Same foundation. Clearer positioning. Read full story: 👇 sulu.io/blog/sulu-is...

sulu.ioSulu Is an Open Source DXP, and It's Time We Said SoSulu is repositioning from CMS to open source DXP. What that means, what stays the same, and why product data and agents complete the platform.

Astrophotographer Adam (AJ) Smadi caught this image a few hours ago from Washington state. A thin crescent Moon, sunlight illuminating the rugged lunar surface. And 2,400 times farther away—and on the other side of the Sun—mighty Jupiter, and its moons Io (left) and Ganymede (right).

The fact that stuff like this is not treated like a five-alarm fire is another signal of how close we are to a possible end to our republic. No institution willing and able to curtail a lawless administration.

Latest example of "You Can Just Do Stuff" governing taken to the extreme. The judge can't physically enforce his or her own ruling, the White House controls law enforcement and Congress won't impeach.

Very cool: The world's oldest cheddar-maker heats its wash water with warm milk, straight from the cow. Barber's (Somerset, UK since 1833) runs milk-source heat pumps from UK startup Arkaya. Electricity use halved, payback under two years. Heat pumps work. www.canarymedia.com/articles/hea...

This is Obi. He heard someone say you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Would like to point out this bubble didn't blow itself. 14/10 #SeniorPupSaturday (IG: obi.the.dachshund)

Perhaps more damaging than any explicit thing Trump has done is the lasting demonstration that ideas like "unconstitutional," "illegal," "impeachable," "checks and balances" are all meaningless in the face of a majority party that supports their leader over the rule of law.

You might get sick of hearing this but if he keeps doing it I'm gonna keep saying it: this is an unconstitutional impoundment, violating both Congress' Article I spending authority and the 1974 Impoundment Control act, and immediately impeachable.

This seems bad. No connection to reality - most climate suits have gone nowhere in the legal system - but that won't stop him from trying to act on it.

Tonight, he goes after the National Academy of Sciences, regarding climate change:

It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.

Under a Binface government, anyone who doesn’t accept human-made climate change as fact will be sent back to school, from Year 1 right the way to A Levels, to see if anything goes in the second time round. #VoteBinface

Why is AC so rare in much of Europe? Well, until recently it simply wasn't hot enough to need it. Here is the average number of days above 30C (86F) for major cities over time:

I extracted the list of words in the PDF and put them online here: stephenturner.github.io/nih-flagged-... (Raw CSV: github.com/stephenturne...)

Max Kozlov@maxkozlov.bsky.social

NIH grants have been under political scrutiny since early 2025. But what does the screening process actually look like? What is being flagged? I spent a month digging into leaked docs and emails. We've published the 235-word list that are being flagged by an internal AI tool. And so much more. 🧵
