This scam text would definitely work better if I actually had any kids, but, if I did have any, I would definitely have taught them the word 'baffled', so a bonus point for them there.

Started a job doing tech support (nothing new for me), but everything felt off and I quit via email during a sleepless night after the very first day. My idea of tech support isn't just logging issues.

I can't remember mine.. possibly some Queen cassette single, but I remember my brother bought the Fraggle Rock theme on 7"

First single you bought with your own money. No lying! Mine: "Red Box - Lean on Me (Ah-Li-Ayo)", 1985. Still know every word.

Saw this image on a retro site and at a glance thought it looked off, and sure enough, looking at it full size shows it's AI... good luck with that Speak & Spell

Aside from the overall stupidity of it all, Grand Theft Auto Newcastle-under-Lyme doesn't exactly trip off the tongue.

No that same person posted this it’s somehow even sadder than you think

There's a certain charm to the extra bits that sometimes turn up in eBay parcels. Not sure anyone really needs a Home Computer Club invoice from 1987 though.

Amazon's descriptions of me sound a lot grander than 'this guy sure buys some random crap'

Amazon users are discovering a bizarre "About You" page that reveals what the company thinks it knows about them One woman found Amazon had determined she "has flat buttocks"

Such a great game. I never really got into SFIII, so II was the peak for me. We were certainly spoilt for choice for quality RPGs on the Mega Drive.

'Shining Force II' was released on the SEGA Mega Drive 33 years ago today in Japan.

Lifelong friend of my Dad passed away this morning. Hadn't been in good health and was into his 90s, so not a shock, but still a sad day. This will always be my favourite photo of him (on the left) and my Dad - looking like a proud manager showing off the latest club signing :)

Chances are this nine would change as I remember other games, but Chaos will always be my number one.

This was such a pleasant journey into my memories and I got very enjoyably lost in them my9games.net/en/edit

Browsing PC games for sale is basically: "It's like Sim City, but it's a rogue-like!" "It's like Scrabble, but it's a rogue-like!" "It's like Scalextric, but it's a rogue-like!" "It's a pinball game, but it's a rogue-like!" ... Sigh

Been a while since I had Quality Street, so I don't know what flavour this is.
