The 14th Amendment says that all people born in America, regardless of race are citizens and have a right to equal protection under the law. For SCOTUS to be remotely confused on that text speaks to their racism, not the Constitution (1/3) www.cnn.com/2025/12/05/p...

The impact of the destruction of USAID is so wide-ranging. We got a field report from one of the poorest states in India, where foreign aid funded "TB champions" who educate and assist tuberculosis patients. Without their help, advocates expect a 36% increase in cases & 68% rise in deaths from TB.

prospect.orgLosing India’s Guardian Angels - The American ProspectUSAID funding supported efforts to eradicate tuberculosis in India, one of the country’s deadliest diseases. Now, that money and support is gone.

One point that may have been lost: I’ve never seen this ad before. It’s only when I searched for Mexican folk music tonight that YouTube started running it. Google’s surveillance technology has enabled the government to selectively terrorize specific groups in service of white supremacy.

Listening to Mexican folk music on Youtube and they're running this horrible ad urging people to self-deport. Fuck you Kristi Noem, and fuck you Google for taking her money.

The first strike was also murder. You can’t just up and kill civilians on the high seas and then claim you were at war with them.

Acyn@acyn.bsky.social

Reporter: If there were a second strike that killed wounded people, would that be legal? Trump: I don’t know that happened and Pete said he did not even know what people were talking about. I wouldn’t have wanted a second strike. The first strike was very lethal. It was fine.

Emmanuel, a 15-year-old with intellectual disabilities, wandered away from his mom’s fruit stand in October. She reported him missing to Houston police. But instead of reuniting them, the city turned him over to ICE. “They’re failing all of us,” his mom said. thebarbedwire.com/2025/11/24/d...

The press: “Kamala, what is your position on updates to section 420(c)69 of the internal revenue code? Too slow, you dumb bitch, never gonna be president.” Also the press: “mr. Vance you’re so dreamy, tell us more about Ohio.”

At Stonewall these people would be telling everyone to stop focusing their outrage on the cops because they’re not amendable to change. It’s so stupid.

“One young man sobbed when a guard pushed him to the floor. He said, ‘I’m not a gang member. I’m gay. I’m a barber.’ I believed him. *** He “began to whimper,” as his head was roughly shaved, “folding his hands in prayer as his hair fell.” He “asked for his mother & cried as he was slapped again.”

I will never get over the fact that fucking prominent asshole idiots like Chappell Roan acted like our options last fall were so painstakingly similar that it was hard to choose between. That it was hard to advocate to others why it would be important to vote for one over the other.

the fact that the husband in this story doesn’t appear to regret his choices at all is mind-boggling to me. tens of millions of americans have linked their very sense of identity to trump such that it overrides every other attachment.

This is a very sad story, but what makes me crazy is that people tried to explain that this is what would happen and got caricatured as "woke" hysterics www.usatoday.com/story/news/n...

The New York Times is the first to put out comprehensive estimates on the cost of a year without U.S.A.I.D. and they’re higher than I thought: - 1.65 million deaths from AIDS - 500,000 from lack of vaccines - 550,000 from lack of food aid - 290,000 from malaria - 310,000 from TB

Killing children is by design, I'm afraid. "Pro-natalists" like Musk claim they aren't racist, but their pressure to have children is solely focused on white women, while they back policies that literally kill of non-white children. He's a eugenicist. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
