The only time Hakeem Jeffries should've come face-to-face with jared kushner is when kushner is under oath before Congress

The usual excuse behind the rush to build these data centers is "we can't let China get ahead of us". But we seem to have no problem letting China lap us when it comes to renewable energy. Odd, ain't it?

My SO and I saw the proshot of Hadestown this weekend: it’s fantastic. But I just saw the most insane review of it from the National Review & my god, Rs have the media literacy of a newborn. It’s SO clear they were focused on casting decisions instead of paying attention.

Stephen A. Smith has always been a bit of a prick, but it's awful nice of him to reveal that he's a gullible bigot who will repeat any transphobic boogeymen that cross his path — no matter how outlandish & detached from reality that bullshit may be. Fuck this guy & anyone who supports his bigotry.

Do you want to know how popular school vouchers are? They have never won on a ballot. Not once. In any state. Ever. The only way states are able pass a school voucher scheme is behind closed doors. Legislatively. The people would never approve their tax dollars going to private religious schools.

A massive Georgia data center drained nearly 30 million gallons of water, sparking outrage among local residents asked to conserve water during a drought. Residents of Fayetteville, Georgia, first noticed something was wrong when their home water pressure mysteriously plummeted.

Clarence Thomas says the 14th Amendment should be read narrowly because it was written for formerly enslaved people. By that logic, the 2nd Amendment was written for muskets, not AR-15s. Funny how that kind of originalism only shows up when it's convenient.

Yup. Starmer is a warning, a warning that says “Never Newsom”.

Katelyn Burns@katelynburns.com

For my newsletter I wrote about how Kier Starmer should serve as a warning for centrist Democrats in the US. It's a real crystal ball moment. www.burnsnotice.com/its-the-cent...

It takes 1.28 seconds for a message to reach us from the Moon. It takes as little as 35 minutes from Jupiter. It takes as little as 4.5 hours from Pluto. It takes at least 6-12 months from NYT reporters, plus $35 for the book containing it.

The honorable gentlemen giving their word of honor on handshake deals are Trump, Vance and the Iranian regime. Seems like a bunch of honest and trustworthy folks who can be counted on to keep their word.

This feels like a gut punch. Lilo & Stitch fundamentally shaped my childhood and is still my favorite movie to this day. I hope Daveigh rests in peace

That James Charles rant is so distasteful and out of touch with reality. This is someone who’s possibly never had a real job in his life, and quite frankly shouldn’t have the job he has now due to being a pedo, and you’re calling someone who’s asking for help due to losing their job “lazy”

…why is the PRESIDENT allowed to remain so when his underlings are banishing him from the room so the grown-ups can talk? If it was Biden, Tapper would’ve had 3 books about it, but 🦗🦗🦗

Don't tell me America was founded on Judeo-Christian values unless you can show where the Bible guarantees elected governments, freedom of speech, gun rights, due process, freedom from self-incrimination, abolishes cruel and unusual punishments, and everything else in the Constitution.

I asked myself "how do golf courses possibly afford property taxes" so I looked it up and came away convinced we could virtually eliminate the entire sport by simply removing several dumb tax loopholes

So pro-life means jailing women who miscarry but shrugging when the deranged president says “a whole civilization will die tonight.” Do I have that right?

for me impeachment isn't what we should be after. this president and most of his cabinet and staff should be prosecuted for corruption, fraud, war crimes, obstruction, and all the various crimes they have committed. i will only vote for a presidential candidate in 2028 who commits to this.

I'm not sure how you can be against removing this man from office right now. What will it take? A nuke being dropped? It's too late then. The purpose of impeachment and the 25th Amendment is to prevent that type of thing from happening, not just to react to it.
