Never doubted it, but nice to see it's confirmed that the Romancing Saga 3 remake will have all the kindgom management and large-scale battle stuff. Some of the realest RPGs ever released on the SNES. It's ridiculous it took so long for them to get localized.

Legitimately, Valkyria Chronicles - the anime-alternate-history-WWII-with-magical-girls is 1) a great game, go play it but 2) better about addressing the real nature of the Nazi regime than 95+% of 'gritty' modern realistic WWII games. Which is nuts, the bar is just...so low.

Over time I’ve grown to really dislike the comic booky / Pratchett / Gaiman sort of conceptualization of Gods as magic superbeings that feed on belief. I think it sort of contributes to the modern tendency to misunderstand ancient and/or pagan cultures as literally thinking of their Gods as magic..
