Yes, at this point they’ve proven time and again they don’t have the best interests of the electorate in mind, just their interests. The hypocrisy is comical. Their base is just too dumb to figure that out and that’s how the politicians like it.

You’re more than a little late. It’s always been calculated. To distract from the insider trading, selling pardons, no bid contracts, extortion of private industry and other assorted shake downs. With our tax dollars. It’s a criminal party train and all congressional Rs are knowingly riding it.

I am a Democrat and don't believe in a one-party system. But I don't believe in MAGA either. I would love to see a Republican party again. That was you, Liz Cheney, Al Gore. But there are none in Congress now.

It is also a "flex." "I get to do this to you. I get to self-contradict just to establish heads-I-win-tails-you-lose. You are subjugated to me. I am showing you it does not matter what I say to get what I want and take from you because all that matters is I have the power to do it. I own you."

There you go! One former cult member was walking with their group and said, "Hey, a cat." As one walked by. The leader said, "There was no cat." He said he immediately agreed. It's for loyalty and control. It's what all high-control groups do to their prey.

"The loyalty of the true believer is to the whole -- the church, party, nation -- and not to his fellow true believer.” Eric Hoffer.

They could have exchanged the ugly shoes that were too big for ugly shoes that at least fit, but they didn't. They *wanted* to be seen wearing ugly shoes that were too big. Those are the people are in charge of our country.

It also proves how psychotic it all is; believe in the reality we make up over what is factually real. Santa Clause is real in that sense.

None of the people in the Trump administration were appointed and approved for their roles because they were capable and qualified. All had to demonstrate constant and demeaning levels of subservience to their dear leader, Orangutan. Trump said his greatest mistake in term 1 was hiring experts.

And how we get out from the upside down we’re living in now? Society appears to be decaying in front of our eyes. Presidents can sue themselves and we pay the bill. Voters? Nah. The court will just hand the election to whoever they want. Laws? Not really. We do seem to be circling the drain.

Hypocrisy is one of the tenants of fascism, it's how they operate. Pointing it out does absolutely nothing. For the dumb magats that vote for it they need the lies to confirm their bias and they love how it pisses libs off regardless if it hurts them too.

And apparently a method to exert power. If you can make people agree ‘there are five lights’ you are illustrating and cementing a tremendous amount of power

Right wing Christianity thinks getting away with lies and hypocrisy is a sign of dominance, and they *crave* a sense of dominance. Even vicariously. It's baked into their religion and its culture of abuse and oppression.

Intentional chaos meant to pre-empt.... something. It's hard to game the player or play the game when your opponent keeps moving the pieces around every time you use the restroom. (That made sense in my mind but now not so much.)

So when things start going south like when the prices start rising and Healthcare is no longer covered, they only have themselves to blame. Especially now since Trump said the quiet part out loud about not caring about the public.

Petruchio: I say it is the moon. Kate: I know it is the moon. Petruchio: Nay, then you lie. It is the blessed sun. Kate: Then, God be blessed, it is the blessed sun, But sun it is not when you say it is not.

Religions use the same formula for proving faith. The more self-contradictory a dogma, the more faith you need to adhere. Human nature is horribly susceptible to this formula.

For those that don’t know, the blatant hypocrisy is a powerful and effective form of gaslighting. It’s very purposeful - and the purveyors love that the unfairness is crazy-making. So - now that you know it’s a deliberate tactic - do it right back even better. That’s how to tame a narcissist.

The contradictions are a well-studied hallmark of fascism. Not as a badge of loyalty but as an assertion of power and impunity. "We impose rules; we do not suffer under rules." Please read some history of the movement snuffing out our democracy.

Here in the cheap seats, we just call it "the mindfuck". Adam, study "Reflexive Control" (RC) Russian Post Cold War Active Measures. You'll find the foundation of what's called "Public Relations". RC is a serious tool by which people's minds are changed with them being convinced it was their idea.

People with personality disorder, previously known by the term psychopaths, demand constant shows of loyalty and the more debasing they are the more it proves loyalty to the individual. No free ride when you’re friends with a psychopath.

A tribalism reason makes more sense than my notion that obsession with getting a national abortion ban is a motive-though reasons for choosing devotion to an evil person may still involve ideology. 𝐑𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦: 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 "𝐮𝐬 𝐯𝐬. 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦" 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲.

I also do not know why we are not calling out the parallel between #WMD as the excuse to attack Iraq and the nuclear bomb as the reason we are attacking Iran. Weren’t we required to #trust what the administration was telling us then? Am I missing something here?

Have you seen boebert talking about anything she does like,? she’s a weirdo crazy propaganda spewing like what she says is true. And she was voted into office. I feel I never would go to Colorado because I might get voodoo’ed or something

It's the Don, the syndicate boss they kiss the ring for. It's like a mafia style family where you do the bosses bidding no matter what the ask. And whatever you do don't disappoint the family & the boss.
