Sitting down may not be the safest choice. ACLU is recommending you contact the organizers of the rally or security and let them handle it. They are prepared. Typically police aim rubber bullets, tear gas and flash bangs down. If you are sitting you will be hurt

The only announcement I could find online that said that was for a demonstration in February. This weekend, some people have been throwing chunks of concrete and a couple of Molotov cocktails have been reported. Troublemakers are using protests as an excuse again, and as cover.

Then the LAPD should be there to SERVE & PROTECT the US Citizens who are exercising their 1st amendment rights. If anyone, ICE or other masked vigilantes, unable to produce a valid police ID or warrant, tries to stop them, then the LAPD must fulfil their oaths to the US Constitution and arrest them.

It sunk in while on live for 3+ hrs. yesterday. Looked to me as though ICE was instigating the trouble. Tear gas bombs, rubber and plastic bullets. A Blackhawk w/ a payload of ammo. Sheriffs stood back, public mostly filming. Streets nearly clear before National Guard came and re-lit the flame.🔥
