That's what it looks like to me. The ICE guy shoved a woman in the middle of the street. Same guy pushed another person to the ground and the guy who was attacked looked to be trying to help them. They got sprayed by the same ICE-hole. The others started to attack the man that was shot.

I hope that lady is safe. She was beyond heroic in standing where she was and continuing to video. Sadly, she's gonna' be terribly traumatized by what she witnessed. I wish for her peace and safety. I wish that for all of us (except ICE, Border Patrol, the current regime, etc.)

I saw things from that angle a short time ago, that may be from her viewpoint. They were a bit hazy, but they showed the scene from the sidewalk closest to the homicide.
