Tell me you don’t know how vote counting works without saying that you don’t understand vote counting. When you’re tallying votes, who is leading can change because the totals don’t come in all at once. And the precincts and early voting/Election Day results are not homogeneous. It’s basic math.

It’s how the precincts report. Largest areas have the most ballots to count. Longest waits are usually in the poorest and most disenfranchised areas. Guess how those areas vote? A lot of it was mail in ballots, that’s why Trump hates them.
