Rep. Clay Fuller: "It is not a controversial idea for people to say if someone commits a sex crime against a child, they expect us to take them outside the courthouse quickly and find a rope. That's essentially what the Millstone Act is doing."

But it appears to be an extremely controversial idea within the Republican Party to hold people to account who have committed sex crimes against children, named in the Epstein files?

Does Rep. Clay Fuller realize who his president is? Seems like MTG finally did. bsky.app/profile/atru...

No, we don't. We expect you to indict, try, and sentence them according to the rule of law. Yes, it's an odious crime. No, it doesn't mean we lynch them. And we sure as hell don't expect politicians & lawmakers to talk like lynching someone is a goddamned normalized option.

So, what this douche bag is trying to do is bring back frontier justice? Does he believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights? I think the McCarthy UN-Aamerican Committee would probably have something to say about that!

It's not that democrats don't want to hold child molesters to account. They should be held to account. I don't disagree that these monsters must be dealt with. We have monsters running our government enabling the upper class to commit these crimes against nature. Let's start there.

Hmm. The last time I recall seeing a rope outside a government building was when MAGA hoardes threatened to hang the VP of the United States, as opposed to the guy inciting them who may well be a sex criminal.

If Clay Fuller wants to lead a church where he can yell damn and hellfire at his neighbors from the pulpit, I'm cool with that. But he shouldn't be in government. If you introduce a "millstone" bill, you don't belong in US government at any level.
