Stephen King is only saying that because Donald the Hutt is an older male version of Sarah Palin, who in turn is like a real-life version of the future president from "The Dead Zone," who in turn is based on Richard Milhous Nixon and the ex-Dixiecrats like Strom Thurmond and George Wallace.

Sad to say, it is probably going to take some decades to repair all the damage Donald Trump has done. If the Democrats regain control of Congress in the midterm elections, I could easily see them kept busy for the next two years impeaching most of Donald Trump's cabinet.

I've read all of Stephen's books and he is absolutely correct. tRump is scarier than any writer in the genre can come up with. He's beyond the imagination. The Orange Turd makes me want to put a string of garlic on my doorknob, a la "Salem's Lot". We're currently living a version of "The Stand".

Trump is not interesting and his vocabulary,smaller than most of the elementary school children I meet. I sign for the Deaf & Blind, and the Deaf Community. 10,000 signs for the entire (ASL) American Sign Language. Words are important, no matter the language. When you have no vocabulary, baffling.

I'm not actually sure how it could have been worsened. The stupidest things we did - like allow fast food delivery to continue - ended up not really mattering all that much. The elderly still ended up decimated. Now, imagine a truly scary pandemic starting with Kennedy in charge...
