Use my Breville to Thin slice red potatoes, butter, a glass bowl microwave a cup and a half of the potatoes for 10 minutes ready for seasonings cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper makes my mouth water

I actually started frying up tomatoes with a little bit of spice and using them on my bagel with vegan egg. Very tasty. I got tired of the vegan sausage I was eating and I don’t have any favorites anymore. And it just tastes so much better and healthier.

That’s very healthy. Tomatoes are also in different kind of fruit because they’re good for you cooked and they’re good for you raw. You get different stuff from both which is interesting.

I have a friend who was working at a food distribution truck. They had bags of potatoes No one would take them cause they didn’t know what to go with them…🤯 We don’t know how to cook with real food anymore

The potato is responsible for creating the middle class in Europe and the rest of the world. There's a statue in Europe, of Sir Francis Drake I believe, that shows him with a sword in one hand and a potato in the other. It is 4 to 5 times more productive per acre than any other crop.

OK... I'll bite... Eggs? Fry, boil, poach, scramble. Separate to produce sauces and meringues. Add as an ingredient to produce cakes and breads. Paint on the top of things for a nice glossy finish...

Depends which country you're in. £3.16 for a dozen isn't going to break the bank. And I know one person who keeps a few hens, ducks and geese, so, he could egg the whole village if he wanted to. :)

Two Mexican friends, a physicist and a comic book colleague, joined me in asking if we evolved on potatoes and ate them to extinction, because ALL humans can thrive on spuds. I'd like to see that DNA test.

It’s a survivor. It climbed as a tomato all the way up the Andes and buried itself in the cold ground to transform itself into the potato. It’s the cockroach of vegetables.
