Put livestream cameras that never stop filming in the wretched little cells where the DOGE rat-boys and the MAGA remoras and Elon Musk are condemned to live the rest of their lives Put up a screen in the cells where people can donate money to USAID for the privilege of personally insulting them

For a certain donation amount, you get to control the music in the cell

You should note I have never, ever said I want to execute these people. 1. I’m pretty much against capital punishment and 2. I genuinely think a sad little life in prison is a far more cruel outcome for these demons

decades of solitude and misery is a much nastier outcome for the MAGA ultra-rich class

Yes, I am fully aware of the dangers of this approach - I’ve reported on war crimes tribunals. It is even more dangerous to let lawless and evil men rampage over the public, because the public will eventually take matters into their own hands in far more brutal ways than what I’m describing.

Making a very public spectacle of legally prosecuting and punishing corrupt and lawless people supports public belief in the rule and validity of law. Letting corrupt and lawless people get away with it is ultimately a far more dangerous outcome, as the public only tolerates this for so long.

For example, what I’m proposing does allow these people to live out their lives in prison. There is a very plausible grassroots alternative solution that is not that.

A quick end to their pathetic lives would be too kind of a mercy, life in a lonely prison cell would be the best revenge.

This is what I always think about when people want give someone the death penalty to punish them. Why end it for them when making them sit and rot in a cell for 30 years is a harsher punishment.

Hindsight is 20/20 but it turns out that given what they were up against and the horrors they stopped or prevented, Stalin and Mao absolutely were the lesser evil. Of course we'd rather not get to that point again, but who is going to slam the brakes before then?
