Limit your data footprint. Delete your Facebook and Instagram accounts, or restrict app tracking in phone settings to lower Meta’s ad value. Use ad blockers on browsers. Stop buying Meta hardware like Ray-Ban smart glasses. Sell any META stock in your investment portfolio to lower market value.
