It's from the Yale Budget Lab. budgetlab.yale.edu/research/fis...

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

KILMEADE: They say tariffs are gonna cost the American household $4,800. What do you say to those households? GREER: With respect to those projections, a lot of those are Wall St analysts who have a lot to lose themselves

What other countries? tRump has 10% on every country even where the Penguin’s live 🐧 25% on 🇨🇦 aluminum & steel = Cost of cars increase 10% on 🇨🇦 oil = increases at the pump 10% 🇨🇦potash (fertilizer) = increase cost of agriculture products, vegetables, animal feed Who pays these increases Americans 🇺🇸

"... many of those products we can buy from other countries..." is a stupid thing to say. 1. Some raw materials are only in specific places. You can not get them elsewhere. 2. If it were cheaper to get, we'd be doing that now. I'm not a supply chain expert, economist, etc. but basic logic...

The Five's infantile response to Yale Budget Lab really reminded me of this:

The Tennessee Holler @thetnholler.bsky.social

WATCH— @jessicatarlov.bsky.social : “Why are you making fun of smart people that calculate things?” Jessica points out Trump is making it seem like he paused all the tariffs but the Yale budget lab says those remaining will cost each 🇺🇸 household $4400, the highest tariff rate since 1909.

Well, fellow Phil, that data will be dismissed as coming from a DEI communist fascist school that hates America’s beautiful Seriously, your analyses are excellent. Have you tried to engage these people? Good luck. In their world, only Dear Leader speaks the truth.

"It is hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong." ~ Thomas Sowell

Yeah now they hear obfuscating pain lol. Don’t believe your pocket book or whoever tells you otherwise. Just believe master orange turd that your suffering that you aren’t suffering is for the greater good of our diaper king, amen.

And these policies from men like Trump who wouldnt know how to scramble an egg, never been in a grocery store, or worked a real job. Never sweated a day in their pampered lives so know nothing.

They are so delusional. When they did this last time, the Chinese switched to buying Brazilian crops & beef & you know what? It’s never rebounded & those farmers are worse off now than they were before. Same thing will happen this time. We’re literally shooting ourselves in the dick.

Investors now asking for a HUGE 0.5% risk premium to invest in US bonds. They must think that there’s a chance Trump defaults. Since US debt exceeds $30 trillion, that’s about $600 billion sucked out of America annually‼️ What a horrendously costly and devastating presidency‼️

Relieved to see that the Budget Lab numbers are close to my back-of-the-envelope estimate. We're still looking at a shock an order of magnitude bigger than Smoot-Hawley

"Other people will suffer too" Their priorities on full display. They hate you. They want you dead. You are a resource to them. A tool to use and abuse until it's broken. It's time to ACT ACCORDINGLY!
