I have sleep apnea. It was making my life so hard. I now have a CPAP machine and can function again plus reduced chance of stroke and heart attack. I was on a waiting list for 1+ year, so get checked now. (Severe sleep apnea is about 30+ episodes per hour. I averaged 67 in testing! 😱)

Hey remember a couple months ago when I almost died from sleep apnea and begged y'all to be checked if you have symptoms of sleep apnea? Eric Bauza just died from sleep apnea. We were the same age. Don't ignore sleep apnea.

Churchill + Attlee was an incredible leadership combo. They complimented each other's wartine strengths and weaknesses, and both were self-aware enough to know it. THAT was what made the National Government work.

Burnham is doing what Starmer should have done. He is making the case that Brexit hasn't worked, saying what his own view is, and explaining what the likely choices are, and where the ownership of decisions will rest. Ie proper grown up politics for the first time in years

The long-serving strongman leader of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has conceded defeat in an election that pitted him and his right-wing party against a diverse student-led opposition movement that spent two years protesting his government.

Really important, on Trafalgar Day, to observe that there are both women and black people included in this image. It's not anachronistic or "woke" to tell their stories, and ignoring them is doing a disservice not only to those people but also to their contemporaries who made sure they were seen.

I think it always bears repeating that this psychedelic existential sci-fi war epic ran when 2000AD was still pretty unambiguously sold as a "kids comic". I certainly grew up taking it for granted that this was just what comics were like.

Words cannot express how much I love this episode

OTD: the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Take Me Out to the Holosuite," inspired by an episode of the 80s TV series "Fame" written by Ira Steven Behr. Turned out Max Grodénchik was the best player in the cast and had to play left-handed to make Rom look bad.

Although this is a fair point, it doesn't change the fact that Roger Moore Bonds are The Best

One thing fans often overlook: franchises evolve, but so do audiences. What captivated you at 10 won't hit the same at 30. You see the generational divide in Star Trek, Star Wars and James Bond. People tend to be most attached to the version that shaped their first (often young) impression.
