"In her second term, Chow needs to get better at linking property taxes to visible service improvements. And she needs to make it clear how a progressive Toronto can deal with the real issues Bradford raised over the course of the election." Good commentary as always by @graphicmatt.com

The protected bike lanes along Bloor Street West between Islington and Royal York are gone, but we want to ensure folks in Etobicoke-Lakeshore can safely bike to the polls on Monday. Cycle Toronto will be leading a complimentary bike bus on Election Day through this new gap in our cycling network.

Ominous clouds over the Bloor bike lane ... but a rainbow brightens the scene. Things might look bleak with Doug Ford's threat to remove bike lanes, but we've always found a way forward. We will do the same this time. #biketo #onpoli

We all already knew this, of course. Removing bike lanes will endanger lives and will not reduce traffic congestion. Doug Ford knows this too. However, like Trump, Doug Ford and his lackeys do not care about facts. #Toronto #Ontario #ONpoli #ToPoli #bikelanes

WATCH: Seriously, if you’re following ANY bike-lane debate, you really should watch and share this excellent news story. Ford LIES that bike-lanes are bad for small business, and THE ACTUAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION obliterates him with data. Remember and share this as Ford tears out Toronto bike-lanes.

toronto.citynews.caAnnex businesses tell Ford to back off Bloor bike lanesStores in the Annex say the Bloor bike lanes have been a big boost to business. As Michelle Mackey reports, the neighborhood's BIA wants the province to back off its new bill that could see the lanes removed.
