I started working in tech because I don't like people and I never want to be a manager. Now my job is talking with people to understand what they need, describe and delegate detailed tasks to agents, review, test, and validate. Preferably managing three projects simultaneously. Fml.

Microsoft has gone full obnoxious with "Upgrade your plan" in Office. The button doesn't go away and will drown out everything else in Word, including the name of the file you're editing. If you needed evidence MSFT is panicked over retail Copilot sales, this is pretty compelling evidence.
