All of us have a choice every day in what we do for a living. A choice of whether they're going to carry out disgusting orders in their job or not. If you can't stomach what you do & live with the consequences, maybe don't do it. I was just doing my job, I was just following orders, doesn't cut it.

Nothing says "community rebuilding" quite like upgrading your local police force from first responders to border agents. Efficiency at its finest: why fix the infrastructure when you can just export the population?

A 2023 study found that 100s of dying small towns & cities in the USA were seeking new residents to revitalize their communities & economies. Some were even willing to pay people to move there. An estimated 10 million people could have helped address this crisis. SHITLER is deporting the solution.

This story is maddening. I hope that every R voter gets affected by policies they voted for, even though they feel above it all. Did Alexander think he was going to come off well in this story? He flat out admits to applying the law differently and pretends he’s doing a good thing.

I hope that guilt someday, devours this man’s soul. That he is shunned and lives the lonely pathetic life that he deserves. I have no space for these people in my life and will never offer a helping hand to any of them. They’re just a waste of good oxygen.

Run that motherfucker out of your town.....you have to replace the mayor, do it. You have to replace the police chief, do it. You have to replace the city counsel, do it..... But run that motherfucking human trafficker out of your town.

Business owners like Central Valley farmers didn’t actually want their workers deported; the owners just wanted the workers kept in perpetual terror of being deported. But Trump didn’t understand the game, so here we are.

I didn't have space to continue. Yes, they want their labor cheap, living in fear, and a political scapegoat for all our problems. 8 million have/had jobs. 14% of both ag and construction labor is/was undocumented. Replace them with who? An employer arrest is as rare as an Epstein arrest.

Alexander said it was hard for him to be out in public anymore. He can’t escape being recognized in Ingram and Kerrville. Sometimes he catches Latinos staring at him, then walking away, visibly uncomfortable. So he tries to do his shopping and errands in another town 30 minutes away. Fuck him.

In every town, in every neighborhood, there’s always a “Judas”! How can someone see their neighbors on the street, engage with them at community events everyday and then turn around and betray them???

Cops like him are the true enemy within. They see their neighbors as enemies instead of human beings. They don’t serve the public they serve their own ego, they serve for the power trip

This pig gladly turned his neighbors over to ICE for a few bucks. They handed over the equivalent of 10% of Ingram to ICE. "Alexander completed an online course with ICE a few weeks after the baptism party, qualifying him for time-and-a-half pay whenever he helped the agency pick up immigrants."

Jaron Alexander had second thoughts about destroying the lives of his neighbors. But he did it anyway. For the money. ICE is a drug chosen by those with relative amounts of power to become evil. They are the worst mob gang ever. And OUR MONEY pays for them. Abolish ICE.

Disgusting! Not surprising though! Never forget Ulvade! and no real consequences. 9 days or sooner, praying Texas has had enough BS, and corruption! The state that has always pushed the bible, Has the option with Talarico, to vote Blue, for whats real? or the party with upside down bibles!

What's the end game here? 8 million of these people had jobs. 14% of both ag and construction labor was/is undocumented. Who's going to replace these workers? The same people but with some new grift attached in order to get the visa?

If that's their strategy they're going to have to pay more, etc. That ain't gonna fly. GOP has whined about "the border" for 40+ years but they never actually do anything. They love their cheap labor living in fear, that they can also use as a scapegoat. White kids will now be causing everything?

Why would they need to pay more if they’ll create the environment where those people will need to take those jobs to not die hungry and homeless?

They will, if they’re not stopped, get to the point where “detainees” will be rented out as slave labor for farmers. The government will collect the pay, of course. That’s what the Nazis did.

There is a balance sheet on the far end of all those handoffs. ICE was 47.6 percent of GEO Group's 2025 revenue. This whole process is making some people rich.

The map of associated police forces with ICE is an economic read on Republican run states. They are eliminating their labor forces and tax payers with no replacement. Every action is a choice, and “El Charger Negro” made his choice to betray his humanity for cash and a sense of power.

So basically this piece of shit couldn’t cut it at any job other than being a cop. He was let go from the Sheriff’s office for being a liar and failed in his marriage so he decides to take it out on hard working people just trying to build a life? Pretty much sums up MAGA trash.

Should be dragged before cameras... and every person who is now or ever had been a member... McCarthy never dreamed of the public shame necessary Men, women, pale, black, Latin... 77 million collaborators Every screen, every web site, every app until they're all seen

#Ingram #Texas. You want to know why I haven't respected police officers for a major portion of my life; Ingram Texas #police department is a shining example of why.

An excellent insight into those who claim they're "just following orders" or "doing a job." Why do they do it? Feeling important, even in a bad way, within a community. Having power over other people's lives is intoxicating to some. I'd argue that the folks who want that power should never have it.

My Latino relatives live just down the road in Kerrville. Ingram is a cute little town with interesting shops. We all used to go there for fun. Haven’t been there in almost two years and may never go back.

Just another variant of “I was just following orders.” Except the “orders” in this case were the moneys promised to enforce the laws that people are illegal. As a reminder, being a Jew in 1930s nazi Germany was illegal also.

Another pathetic loser chud who makes himself both the agent and the face of evil, takes zero accountability for his choices, and wants us all to feel sorry for him. May he never know a moment of peace.

When we take back Congress and accountability starts to roll, we should have an ICE-stapo registry like the sex offender registry, so people can know which of their neighbors sold them out. (I suspect the two registries would have a lot of overlap.)

Someday, I hope another flood catches up with El Charger Negro. Another kind of flood, an angrier flood, and there will be no pair of hands reaching out to save him.

Wild that he claims to have a conscience, like that is some kind of redemption. When really it just shows that he knows what he's doing is wrong but continues to do it for the money. This is the worst kind of human.

He can always get a job in another town. For cops moving from one small town to another has never been much of an issue and how they often get away with stuff like murder on their records.

Very well written article. Thank you for the countless hours that were taken to compose this article. FYI.. there are too many people in the states that don't know or want to know what these people/families are going through. This is like reading what Jewish people went through in Germany.

What an absolute piece of shit. "Oh I'm not that bad if people respect me." "I'm feeling bad about it so I'm not the terrible person here." He better hope that lady's prayers are strong, as far as I can tell he's going straight to Hell. I hope he spends the rest of his life miserable.

... dude... but then you also signed up to be an ice agent.... you told your boss about the progrsm that would make you an ice agent, volunteered for it, completed the training, and have been cashing the cheques...

After reading this article and trying to figure out what Alexander's motivation for doing this is, I came to this: in an effort to be "successful" at something, anything, after a pretty much non-productive and disappointing life, he seized on something he could control.

Alexander can now "call the shots" as he sees fit, collecting either gratitude or his brand of respect through fear.He relishes his "bad guy" reputation. His new found persona is comfortable. I fear it's the same for most who work with ICE. The money is not their primary motivation. It feeds their ego.

Seems that nobody this guy is turning in is 'the worst of the worst'. They are just everyday people trying to work and support their family. The idea that he has 'some angst' seems trivial.

What a shit hole country, full of Boss Hoggs & wannabe Boss Hoggs. From the elected officials to the elected dog catcher, to the coin operated cops doing fascism on the side by playing judge, jury & executioner for time & a half. Selfish greed runs up & down the entire country. Great piece.

Dan Bovinos goons ate at a taco shop in Chicago and then returned later to arrest the staff that had just served them. This guy wants to be liked. Fucking sociopath.

“For context, I’ve deported like six of their family members, and they’re still friendly to me,” he (Alexander) says. “So I’m not the monster they make me out to be.” Delusional, violent, arrogant, illiterate ("Her and I..."), greedy, lying (fired from Sheriff's Ofc) monster thinks he's not one.

I always thought it was "May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your arm pits". I like yours better.

These fuckers. I’m so mad. Texas was once part of Mexico. Over 50% of our residents are Hispanic. ICE is a racially motivated domestic terrorist organization sponsored by our government. Why are we not in the streets everyday?!?!?!

Conservative white men are such dumb trash... so the true monsters of the town who refused to install a warning system and allow nearly 200 folks to drown go scot free... the true violent criminals (all white men)... while brown people are terrorized and the town collapses from economic downturn.

I just finished reading it. Thought-provoking & fairly balanced (as much is it can be, anyway). Reminds me a bit of @mccrummen.bsky.social style Alexander doesn't sound completely irredeemable. Like Luján, I'll pray for him & people like him, hope they someday figure out how to become *truly* human

Fucking traitors like this abandoned everything American about themselves for a handful of cash, they can go crawl in a ditch and bleed out for all I care. Justice can’t come soon enough.

😏Texas being Texas. This 💩 has been happening for decades. All those ranches contain the bodies of countless Mexican souls who were shot in the back once they finished their labor. Nothing new😐

As people fled, “…the daily takeout orders at one Mexican restaurant on the edge of town dropped to 50 from 200. A corner store catering to immigrants lost around half its revenue and most of its Latino regulars. Landlords in a mobile-home park just outside town struggled to find tenants.”
