I didn't get much work done today, on account of the whole not sleeping thing. But I did go for a walk and eat like a normal person. So that's still improvement.

I wish I understood what it was about my brain that made getting and going through my physical mail such an anxiety trigger for me. It probably wouldn't help me fight it, but at least I'd know.

I had a good day today, which has been a pleasant change over most of the past week. Body and mind feel like they're starting to work properly again. Maybe it's just a fluke, but maybe it's not. Gonna try to take this energy into tomorrow and make it another good day. Wish me luck.
