Regular reminder that when you go to things while sick, you are giving those germs to people with autoimmune disorders, you’re passing them to someone’s newborn, to someone’s elderly parents. It’s “just a cold” to you but it can and does severely impact countless people.

This is literally the end of the rule of law. If a President can pardon people committing crimes on his behalf - and the Supreme Court says he himself can't be prosecuted for crimes committed as part of his job - then the government becomes a lawless entity able to violate our rights without limit.

I was tempted to pirate HP, curiosity and all that. But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.

An ICE Air flight (GXA6121) that departed Alexandria, LA at 8:42 local time is currently en route to Cap-Haitien, Haiti. Deportation flights to Haiti have ramped up to once weekly, on Thursdays, since Aug 20, following the end of TPS on Jul 27.

No matter where you are in the U.S. make sure to check your voter registration. Find your polling place. Try to plan ahead to be there early. If you are mailing it, drop it in an official voting box, not the mail. Do everything possible to ensure your vote, we have to win this.
