The only ethical action is to take the funding that RFK Jr has given for this proposed trial and use it to give the birth dose to as many newborns as possible RFK Jr is an anti-vaccine eugenicist with zero expertise in pediatrics, vaccination, clinical trials, ethics, or equipoise

Welp, there it is. The CDC is now officially manipulating data and their count of measles deaths in 2026 now stands at ZERO. My understanding of reportable diseases is that the CDC would usually use a state health department’s determination as the final say. The new CDC Director is failing us.

every billionaire & tech mogul, they all want to be adored & celebrated without doing the things Dolly did with a fraction of the power & money. What she had, she gave away. I'm sure she was comfortable (& that's good!). But she just relentlessly helped. It's not that difficult. Love. Care. Help. 💚🌸

Bay Area friends: would you consider opening your home to these two cuddly cats? A friend found them behind a gas station. Their sibling, a black cat, got adopted, but it appears no one likes orange cats. They are being kept in a bathroom for the time being and need a home.
A friend of mine found these three kittens behind a Bay Area gas station. They are tame, vaccinated, and incredibly affectionate. Unfortunately, she's unable to keep them and I'm trying to find them a home. They are at risk of going to a shelter. Bay Area people, are you open to adopting?

Let’s drop this from the race’s vocabulary. She is a grownup, a 30 year Senator, is responsibly liable for every vote she’s cast plus perfectly positioned to understand the consequences or downstream possibilities. SUSAN COLLINS HAS AGENCY and should be called into account. #MESen #mepolitics
Is Susan Collins extremely gullible or just plain dumb when it comes to judging character?

What makes them great is the speed, coverage, frequency, etc., of their trains and buses. Partly paid for by fares, also supported by things like bus lanes and density. If politically LAers support free fares and not those things, OK. But it’s not the road to world class transit.

Copying the most successful cities would mean significant new anti-car policies and subsidy cuts, less politically attainable than increasing funding for transit from tax revenue. Transit fares aren't what made them successful, see US cities. It's good for US politicians to appeal to transit riders

On top of that, in their rush to try to paint any component of this as somehow warranted, they may be (are probably) lying about his status (as if immigration status is a valid precipitating fact that establishes justification for subsequently executing a person)
It took DHS 12 hours to come up with this statement, And the best they could come up with is that ICE shot and killed an unarmed man who didn’t present a threat to the agents. They know they fucked this one up. And it’ll be up to state and local prosecutors—not the feds—to make the case
