@theliverpoolway.bsky.social Kane wins Ballon door. Sorry doesn't do it in the big games. Anonymous for England and Bayen when the chips were down. Last English winners, Keegan and Owen WERE big game players. Keegan was awsome and Owen against Mancs in Cardiff, for England v Germany & Argentina.

Jimmy Hill scored 52 goals for Fulham. Although looking at his pic if he was playing today half of them goals would've been disallowed by VAR for being offside.

^ Kane winning that Baloon thing makes you wonder how Salah, Suarez or Gerrard didn't. Although they played in the age of Messi..But all three were better than Kane.

But Danny plainly believes political positions carry moral associations. That’s why his first column about a new Labour left leader was him reeling off a list of names embodied by Old Jezza: Kruschev; the Black Panthers; Stalin; Mao; Castro; Ho Chi Minh; Pol Pot; Hezbollah; Hamas…

Today's decision by Labour to approve new drilling in the North Sea is climate vandalism. It's a betrayal of all of our futures, and Labour has abandoned all credibility in the fight against climate change. This is a victory for Shell over the people. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cw...

Michael Rosen on Steven Pollard in the Spectator. The Gove magazine is going off the rails. Pollard has always been a crank, but jesus.

Adam Boulton: "she, in common with a lot of people in Ireland is taking a very strong pro Palestine & I have to say anti Israel & anti Jewish stance" Adam, can you provide evidence that Sally Rooney is taking an anti Jewish stance? Or are you, in fact, lying to smear critics of Israel?

Remember how 3 months ago, in August the editor in Chief of the Spectator, in a very solemn tone waxed on about Professor Arday & Cambridge's culpability in his alleged misdoings? Funny that 4 months before, his own Oxford academic girlfriend had been charged with possessing CSAM.

@news.sky.com Strange of Cathy Newman to talk Michael Gove about the dangers of AI tinigjt and not mention the dangers of online paedophilia. Paedophilia which his, until recent, Oxford University lecturer girlfriend is now charged with. A lot was said about Cambridge Universitys Jason Arday.

Whilst she's at it Cathy Newman could also do her journalistic duty and ask Gove about the dangers of false rubbish written on buses. Disastrous education policies and billions lost in PPE Covid grants. Gove is hardly a person to ask about the dangers of anything. He's the danger.

I see The Lord Gove has just been a guest on Sky News's flagship nightly current affairs show. Did Cathy Newman ask him anything about his very recent squeeze's arrest over child abuse material? LOL did she fuck.
