Think tanks will soon start releasing non-peer-reviewed modeling of how the permitting bill might affect pollution, if they haven't already. Most will secretly have lots of ideology-driven thumbs on scales. One big way to tip the scales is by ignoring pollution associated with oil and gas exports.

The real question is how this Permitting Reform bill expands global emissions. Most of the fossil infrastructure that will get built without review will be used for methane-gas exports. Advocates’ claim that US emissions will go down is like the three card monte of the campaign for this bill.

Australia is a fairly dry continent. Last year, an area much bigger than Texas completely flooded after extreme rainfall, drowning hundreds of thousands of farm animals. Forecasting this type of extreme flooding was seen as unrealistic unscientific doomerism just months before it happened. Morons

In June, EV exports from China reached over $10 billion for the first time. The value of monthly exports has more than doubled over the last 12 months. How many signs will the US, German etc. auto industry need? EVs aren't the future, they're the present.

One of Arizona's largest reservoirs is nearly empty, triggering a massive, 100% fish die-off and forcing an indefinite closure. New satellite images from NASA's Landsat satellites have revealed a stark reality for Arizona's San Carlos Reservoir, which has plummeted to less than 1% of its capacity.

New from me in the @nydailynews.com: www.nydailynews.com/2026/07/13/w... The climate hushers are wrong. We should all talk about climate change and the industries causing it. Trump approved disaster aid requests from six red states last week. Two days later, he rejected aid requests from four blue states. Not only is he punishing states who didn’t vote for him, he’s playing politics with people’s lives. Despicable.
