I always ask myself why are we fighting for a better world if we can't actually stop to enjoy things or share in the joy of others? I know it can be a trauma response, but we need to unlearn it. There's no virtue in being miserable or expecting the worst. At very least stop bringing down strangers.

I appreciate that people want a new Mass Effect, but the future where fans advocate for the work itself and not the people who make it is the one the vultures at EA want. If you'll take it however you get it, they can keep treating people who make what you love as expendable.

Needed a new game to play before bed so I decided to finally try out a game called Islets, which has been in my Steam backlog for a while now. Surprisingly great little metroidvania. Movement felt very fluid and fast and fun, and the island connecting stuff was cool. I wanna play more by this team

Mass Effect was my ultimate white whale, my all-time dream project. For the last couple years I'd been in discussion w/ BioWare & EA to take on the project & as part of that I wrote close to 20 minutes of music to explore where the franchise can go next, may as well share it!

People don’t understand why I keep noting that BlueSky is not a bubble, it is a counterpublic. It serves its own organizational function: you can see in realtime in January 2025, on multiple types of social media, shouting that an executive order is instruction to an agency. This one stuck.
