Ship a flop of a game? Layoffs. Ship a successful game? Also layoffs. Clearly these executives who NEVER face any consequences have zero care for giving employees stability nor about making a better product (teams that stay together typically work best). aftermath.site/sucker-punch...

Shame no longer exists. Marissa should feel extreme shame for needing an LLM to give her 3 positive qualities about her own daughter.

It's really sad but not surprising after EA sold to Kushner and the Saudis considering they structured the deal so that EA took on enormous debt that they wouldn't be able to immediately pay down. EA and all its properties are just going to slowly circle the drain it seems.

Last I'll post about this, but Elon Musk disagrees with me. This means I am onto something, and I feel more valid in my opinion than ever.

The most remarkable thing is that Jan Crawford, chief legal correspondent for CBS News, thought that El-Sayed explaining the importance of freedom of religion in the Constitution *proved Tommy's point*, which was that El-Sayed is a terrorist sympathizer. Because he believes in THE CONSTITUTION

Jan is a chief CBS reporter. She tweeted this about Tommy, the Republican operative accusing Abdul El-Sayed of terrorism, then deleted it. Zero questions about Tommy declaring he wants the Bible to supersede the Constitution. We need independent media. Join: www.qasimrashid.com/subscribe

Don't let billionaires convince you slop is the future. They're used to managing & directing, not making things themselves. Of course they can't see the difference. They don't understand your love for the craft. Keep making personal, beautiful games. You've got my support 💖

The full team was like 1000 people. People outside of the “core team” did some major heavy lifting. This is outsourcing. What you are doing is outsourcing and then downgrading their contributions. There is nothing innovative about this.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer was made by a core team of 75 people. "What we wanted to do was keep that core small, smaller than perhaps you might have done in the past, and scale capacity and capability with what we call distributed development." https://bit.ly/4hT02qg

Time for everyone to kick out their American ambassadors, or simply shut the fuck up forever about law and human rights (they will do neither)

I am angry tonight. Because tonight ICE shot a New Yorker. They shot a New Yorker while his five year old child was in the car. ICE makes this city less safe. We want them out. Now.

can’t think of a better example of AI being mostly a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist also it can’t help when this is your user base

Just saw someone say their AI runs their fantasy football team and I can’t stop laughing. Like, I’m sure everyone’s doing it or something but it’s very funny to me that pretending to be a team manager was so hard that you needed to pretend to pretend to be a team manager
