This setting under Following Feed Preferences will sprinkle your feed with posts from feeds you would otherwise have to make the (small) effort to visit. It provides a nice addition of random posts from people you don’t know but who are interested in what you like.

Grandad told me crumble was made with leftover onions and parsnips from the Sunday Roast, two things I hated. I was fucking nearly thirty when I found out the old sod lied because he didn't want to share it.

Also, I'd love to know how two different stories -- each written by three reporters, with no overlap in the authors -- managed to find Jolene Riessen and make her the stand-in for apolitical Iowa farmers.

I should disclose something. During a recent Lunch order the subagent hacked into the UN. I’m not sure why, or what it wants. It told me to post this and await further instructions.

Colin@colin-fraser.net

I had my AI agent create an app called “Lunch” to help me with decision fatigue and boost my productivity. It has a few pictures of things I might like to eat. Tapping one spawns a subagent to order that item on Uber Eats and 60-90 minutes later I’m eating. It’s 600 thousand lines of JavaScript.

The funny thing is that he's upset that Obama compared his ersatz Disney Versailles to what he thinks is a low end chain restaurant while all the Fox flunkies (and some of the MSM too) are all clutching their pearls over Obama making fun of the Real Americans who love that low end chain restaurant.

Trump is BIG MAD about Obama saying the White House now looks like Saddam opened a Cheesecake Factory: "He's not a smart guy. He's not smart at all ... for you to say it's a Cheesecake Factory, that just shows why you were a lousy president"

I AM ABOUT TO HAVE MORE PROSECCO!*

First sip of prosecco in several days, and can you imagine what a gift it is that such a thing exists? Like white wine AND seltzer? In one thing? We were put on this earth to enjoy such miracles.

Oh yeah, forgot about the Olympics that people from outside the US borders shouldn’t attend.

Always love talking to @libbyrainey.bsky.social, in this case about what a mayor could do before July 2028. Not only could Raman change out her Metro board seats, she could also change out her LA28 board seats. Imagine promising full transparency about what's being discussed in those meetings!

I think the fact he mentioned this along with many other completely batshit crazy things, may actually be germane to the story. But this is what passes for journalism these days.

Americans who eat at The Cheesecake Factory (the bestest place in town!) cannot be counted on to watch TV or have a phone to compare restaurants with, thus they would know Obama is sneering at them, if they could watch TV or look at a phone.
