My theater had only a couple showtimes and the one I attended was quite full. I believe in it. It will take time but I believe.

‘Wildwood’ had the year’s most-watched trailers, reaching 90M views and surpassing ‘Avengers: Doomsday.’ The film opened to $11M at the domestic box office.

Congrats to Lula on overcoming Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump to defeat Hospital Pervert Jr., even as his opposition literally blocked off roads and turned off bus service during election day. Fascists are scary but they are always, 100% of the time, ultimately gigantic fucking losers.

Long before pumpkins became the Halloween tradition, people in Ireland carved turnips into spooky faces to ward off wandering spirits. This wonderful Ghost Turnip is on display at the National Museum of Ireland, Turlough Park, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, and it's guaranteed to stop you in your tracks!

Ichthyosaurs were lizards pretending to be dolphins pretending to be fish. They evolved from air-breathing land reptiles (diapsids) that returned to the sea, shed legs & grew flippers. Being a swimming lizard with LUNGS has some surprising challenges elucidated by the fossil record.

The rib structure of #Ichthyosaurs may have helped them with swimming to greater depths #pixelart #ドット絵 #SciArt #paleoart

70 percent of the internet was vulnerable yesterday to very bad security flaws inside a coding language. Turns out, *one volunteer* is mostly responsible for maintaining that code & helping push updates. Yesterday Ondřej Surý saved the internet. So I called him up www.theatlantic.com/technology/2...
