It’s my birthday…may I ask for the customary birthday RT? What would convince an ancient crow to offer his last soul bond to an untrained mage? #BookSky

This stop motion nightmare shows a monster sofa devouring its victim, one frame at a time. Pure practical horror.

Happy Captain Picard Day!

I think one of the most radical things people can do is allow others to exist authentically without demanding performance or explanation.

I was just talking to a friend today about Dolly Parton's Imagination Library - new books every month, totally for free, for kids ages 1-5. My son was part of the program - this is a copy of the letter that came with his last book, right after his 5th birthday.

Listen. The average person just doesn’t need training to know that it’s wrong to kill people. This is not some big complex problem that requires expertise to get right. If ICE is killing people, it’s from a lack of morality, not a lack of knowledge.

Facts.

FINALLY

I watched #Elemental (2023) today & this movie is slept on! Director Peter Sohn based the story on his life as a 2nd generation Korean-American immigrant & what it’s like to be in an interracial relationship in an immigrant family. It wasn’t perfect, but it’s a lovely story. 100% worth the watch💧🔥
