Raccoons. But also punk, metal, video games, Colorado sports, and probably a lot of lefty politics.

@rockies00.bsky.social I thought the Colorado Rockies followed me and I was confused because of all the bad things I say about the Colorado Rockies. Then I realized yours was a fan account and things made more sense. Anyway, I shall follow you as well.

What to Do If You Encounter an ICE Agent. (print / share). ICE often operate without identification, contributing to fear, confusion, and potential abuse. Demanding accountability helps protect communities and exposes operations that may be unethical or unlawful. #3E #StopICE

LA is not in flames. I've driven all over the San Gabriel Valley today, and nothing out of the ordinary is happening. Remember this when Steve Bannon and Tucker Carlson spend three hours on Monday declaring that LA is Thunderdome.

Favorite Coors Field memory: went to a day game in 2009 with my family. Ubaldo Jimenez was signing autographs for fans along the infield wall. Spouse and I elected to ask Ubaldo to sign our (then) infant’s Dinger tee. Kiddo wouldn’t stop trying to take Ubaldo’s sharpie- making him chuckle.

No matter your station in life, there is astoundingly little separating you from those men in that cage behind Kristi Noem. No charges, no attorneys, no hearings, no trial. Just conjecture and brute force could be enough to justify completely dehumanizing you, too.

How in the fucking fuck is this not illegal? Oh wait. It is. Nothing fucking matters anymore.

If you don't want to see this horrible garbage happen in every future high-stakes election, make sure it demonstrably fails in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race by helping elect Susan Crawford

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell. This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

In 2019, RFK Jr visited Samoa to spread anti-vax lies, spurring a measles outbreak that led to the deaths of 83 people - mostly children. We can’t let that tragedy repeat in Texas. The MMR vaccine is 97% effective at preventing measles. Let’s stop the spread. www.cbsnews.com/news/texas-m...

A new North Dakota bill would require stores to pull any book with any "material harmful to minors" from the shelves. For those in the cheap seats, that effectively means ANY mention of sex, sexuality or gender. A bookseller could be arrested for displaying 1984. www.inforum.com/opinion/colu...

inforum.comPort: It's not just about kids, and it's not just librariesLegislation under consideration in Bismarck wouldn't just restrict access to books in schools and libraries. The language of the bill also applies to private book stores.

gonna be so fun when historians try to parse this moment out in a hundred years or so "Wait so you guys had all the money, so much money, and you shot your economy in the head because of a dog meme?"

For those not familiar with how financial markets work, US Treasuries are the ultimate safe asset, used as collateral for everything. Even a hint that some Treasuries might not be honored could bring everything to a screeching halt 1/
