There are a number of strange errors and misconstruals in the Seattle Times' coverage, including a reference ot "Seattle's income tax" (we don't have one) and spending outpacing revenue in a worsening economy (that's not what caused the deficit)

The Trump administration's illegal boat strikes have killed hundreds of civilians over the past year. Congress and the courts must end this illegal and immoral bombing campaign.

I agree with all of this except it’s more optimistic than I am. This assumes that when Trump is gone, Americans will become the decent people we have incorrectly perceived ourselves to be. Putting Trump in power a second time proves the first time was no fever dream.

Whenever someone complains about a person “faking” a disability to get accommodations, they’re generally talking about someone with invisible disability I don’t “look” disabled. I need a wheelchair often. People have accused me of faking. Accessing accommodations should be easier, not harder.
