CREW sued based on emoluments, and the courts dismissed, saying CREW had no standing. I believe any and all Americans have standing in the matter. Oh, well. Guess the little people don't matter. It's "They, the people." The rest of us can just fuck off while they steal our treasure.

In 2017, the Dems did use the Emoluments Clause (both domestic and foreign) to sue the orange overlord in the case "DC and Maryland v. Trump." It finally made its way to SCOTUS in 2021 and they refused to hear the case. But Garland? Agreed...total disappointment.
