Obama committed more war crimes than Bush. He expanded government surveillance, brought us from 2 illegal wars to 7, and caused the largest humanitarian and human starvation crisis in recorded history in Yemen until Israel's war in Gaza. Obama is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

bipartisanship? Republicans filibustered every single bill. it became standard operation procedure that every bill was held up for a few weeks to get cloture. they refused to confirm hundreds of his judge appointments, including a Supreme Court seat.

The minimum wage has gone down every year since 2009. Currently it has lost 25% of its purchasing power. People can't afford food even with a full-time job and food stamps. This is how authoritarian populists like Trump get elected. What did you think was going to happen?

you are confusing the Federal minimum wage w. states minimum. At least 28 states+ DC have increased the minimum. Fed. minimum only applies to 7 states with no minimum. Remaining states have increased minimum for cost of inflation. DC has the highest @$17.95, followed by Washington State at $ 17.13

So in 20 US states the minimum wage has gone down every year since 2009. And 35 states in total have a minimum wage that has not kept up with cost of living. Do you think that might affect voting? Because this is how authoritarian populists get elected. But thx for the nuance; it matters.

I’m old enough to remember what it was like to never know what was going on in the “whitehouse” unless there was a fire side chat. Even during JFKs terms in office only his closest people knew he was a woman chaser that made Clinton look like a 13 year old. There was no 24 hr coverage of anything!
