The victim having a weapon isn't what got him killed. Video shows an ICE agent taking Alex Pretti's weapon out of its holster and throwing it in the street, prior to the gunfire. Chip is quick to blame the victim, but I wonder if he can see anything improper that ICE agents are doing in the video.

Based on the videos I have seen - this shows that after federal agents take his gun, they can shoot him and then claim they feared for their life because he was armed.
