Given Mary's stories about his childhood, the military school, the fact his dad "set him up in business".... I'd say he's got a mix of developmental challenges, childhood trauma and mental illnesses. The dementia is likely the most recent development.

If I remember right, a medical professional on one of the news shows said Biden is dealing with normal aging and DJT is showing symptoms of abnormal cognitive degeneration. The idea that anyone could think he's fit for office is insane.

Sure. Dementia has been known to accentuate personalities in some ppl as the filters come off, & those are almost completely gone, at this point. 15 years ago he would have had similar feelings about Arnold Palmer & Cary Grant, he just wouldn’t have told audiences about them.

He’s a lifelong psychopath who developed dementia. Most likely PSP. May be getting repeated IV infusions of monoclonal antibodies every 2-4 weeks explaining the recurrent hand bruising. He would need regular brain MRI’s at Walter Reid (no MRI at the White House). He must be removed.

It’s really hard…wishing you strength and for her, safety in the moments when judgement is lost. I would not wish dementia on anyone - not even Trump - but I never thought the American political system or media would allow a mentally damaged person to rise so far…let alone, actually get behind him.

As someone who's had half a dozen uncles and other family go though various forms of dementia I can tell you how it goes up there. Every minute of every day is about hiding it. Tricks, deflection and denial until it progresses to the point they don't even know it's happening anymore. Then anger.

On the surface yes but keep in mind He has an entire retinue of assistance and covering tactics and still shows I'd say hes progressed to Mid to late stage. The frequent IV bruises could be from Lecanemab treatments.

I'm not seeing any major dementia in Trump. Just same old narcissistic rhetoric. I see 30 patients/day in my clinic, mostly >75 yrs old and lots of degrees of dementia. Pretty well acquainted with this diagnosis. Let's keep him accountable and quit this dementia stuff. Its not helpful.
