The medical report said he threw himself at a guard and got his neck caught in the guards boot laces. It was only when his ankle started bugging him that the guard noticed the dead man being dragged behind him. The guard is expected to fully recover once the internal bleeding is controlled!

If someone chooses to end their life in response to abuse like ICE does, that’s already homicide imo. But I wouldn’t even give them the benefit of the doubt that this person did this to themself, especially in their sleeping quarters, which we know are packed like sardines with lights on 24/7.
