oh yeah

@gryphonmyers.dev

Wow I know it says blazing fast but I was truly shocked at how quickly it enabled dev mode.

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

wait till you see how quickly you can disable it too

@paulmelero.com

Wow, it's so noticeable when it switches. How did you pull this off? 🤯 🤭

Should add a couter to display how many times the switch is toggled :D

Time to get some sleep! Don't forget to turn your dev mode off 🌛

And so it begins.

@matteogabriele.npmx.social

I turned it on, and I feel surprisingly more productive! Should I turn that off before going to bed?

@danieldogeanu.bsky.social

I was supposed to clean my room today, but I pushed the Dev Mode button, and now I have a sudden urge to write all the code! It works! Great service! 10/10 would recommend! 😆

@florestankorp.bsky.social

Hard pass. You didn't even write it in [insert hip new framework]

He literally made it in his own framework, absolute power move imo

Can I freely use this in my app?

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

freely! I would never think of trademarking or otherwise restricting such a common and widely used phrase

No that would be silly. What was i thinking

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸@danielroe.dev

very tempted to build a site called ‘dev mode’ who’s with me?

I have enabled dev mode. What a difference it makes! Thank you for this incredible service.

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

🫡

thank you! i just enabled dev mode, and my CI builds are already 10x faster ⚡️

Can this help me become a 10x developer?

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

you already are

Do you have team licences? I really think this could 10x our productivity. We’ll need to discuss an SLA though. It’s really important that if we toggle it on, it stays on. Can we achieve 5 nines of ‘ontime’?

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

let me circle back on this need to build a customer success story I'll have one of my onboarding team get back to you (he's not a roebot I promise)

Appreciate it. I’ll loop in our procurement team so we can come to a mutually beneficent conclusion.

I actually expected Dev Tools to open when enabling dev mode, but nope... it just felt like my brain went into race car mode when coding. Woah!!!!

Where is blazingly fast and Vibe coding supported :( ?

@syllie.bsky.social

This is all that I was hoping for! Great service!

@syllie.bsky.social

I especially love how the on/off status is reflected on the tab icon. Makes it so easy to keep track of it.

@remotesynthesis.com

I found a bug. I turned on dev mode and ended up back in this BlueSky thread. Is that the expected behavior? 😝

This has some real potential. Congrats on the launch.

daniel r(ooooooh) in nyc 🇺🇸

means a lot! 😊

@hjorth.bsky.social

Daniel you are missing this: touch-action: manipulation I can’t switch fast enough, and I keep zooming in.
