another good thing about modular blocklists is that you can unblock them all with one push of a button later if you want to without having to go to each account individually they let you keep track of why you blocked someone and where you can revert that this is why i dislike huge omni-block lists

CPSC is legit. For how much longer, no idea, since the barbarians have taken over the Commission, but when there isn't a shutdown, Joe and any other team he's managed to get have kept up the meme game. fedscoop.com/consumer-pro...

fedscoop.comConsumer Product Safety Commission brings a touch of 'Weird Twitter' to the federal governmentBehind the agency's strange, meme-like tweets is a social media specialist who's just trying to get people to pay attention.

if you are a government agency or department that feels like you have been wrongly added to this moderation list then please reach out to me via DM to request an appeal (lmao)

The only point at which that's gonna happen is if they get fired and replaced, at least. I feel it's very clear from what they've made over the years and their replies to others that they're not Like That. Do I think they won't lose their job at some point? Eeeeehhh... I just hope not. 😟

I had a look at a few before the mass-block, and all the new accounts read like they were set up by the same person. The same weird, gloating, reality-is-what-we-say-it-is tone. That's quite enough of that.

Also to note, I went thru the accounts to preemptively mute their followers and noticed the vast majority are also new (☀️) "generic" accounts. I assume also created by them, to cheerlead their posts and attack critical posters. Don't engage, starve the trolls.✌🏽

Weird thought that I just had: if Trump is bringing all the conservatives *with* him to Bsky (which I don't think is confirmed), maybe that'll give conservatives a chance to see us for who we are, rather than how we're often misrepresented by conservative news stations...

When the current administration ends, the accounts will become archived and the handles transferred to the new administration. But either way, anything related to the felon tangerine man is getting blocked forever. Dont need that trash in my feed.

“We found over 35 cases in which the judges have specifically said what the government is providing…false information. It might be intentionally false information, including false sworn declarations time and again," says Ryan Goodman, law professor at New York University.

Because they want to infiltrate antifa and spread MIs- and dis-information. Surveillance (of Bluesky) is part of it but I believe they already have the means to identify anybody (doge).

The absolute horrendous posts in the first few of those that had posts was... unsurprising. And many should be reported for endorsing violence against others... Not that these types face actual fair moderation...

Also please no one engage these accounts. Don't try to dunk on them in the replies. Don't repost with a funny retort. Just block, and deny their ability to detect your existence.

One example is the Kristi Noem video about the gov shutdown that some airports are refusing to air due to a potential Hatch Act violation; the US gov accounts are here to post propaganda. I just mute them all instead of blocking though.
